The Directions team provides services in competency framework and assessments, research and evaluation, governance, policy analysis, strategic planning, and economic evaluation. The partnership takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to support clients’ needs for planning, capacity-building, and decision-making.

Directions partners draw from their backgrounds in policy, education, psychology, psychometrics, economics, and social science to gather evidence using a wide range of research methods and statistical techniques. Our clients include professional regulatory organizations, provincial and federal ministries and departments, Indigenous governance organizations, school boards, and private sector organizations.
