Geniva Liu

Geniva’s work is focused on research, program evaluation, and policy analysis in the K-12 and post-secondary education sector. She brings her background in experimental and applied cognitive psychology to her practice. Known for her collaborative and thoughtful approach to working with clients and rigorous approach to implementation, she focuses on designing methods, gathering evidence, and providing deliverables that are responsive to clients’ needs for continuous improvement. Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, she is engaged in client and stakeholder communications and in developing, planning, coordinating, and prioritizing deliverables. Alongside her work, she finds joy in singing, running, and cycling, at least two of which she can do simultaneously.
