Ruth Baumann

Ruth has been a teacher, union leader, and administrator for more than thirty years. She was the chief administrative officer of the Ontario Teachers’ Federation responsible for policy and government relations, and for managing large scale professional development programs for teachers. She has been field director and liaison for many of the projects Directions has undertaken in Ontario. She makes effective use of her knowledge of education, leadership, and teaching skills in conducting interviews and focus groups in the education sector. She possesses a large library of cookbooks that inform her formidable culinary skills.
